6 Position Customized Switchable Premium Chip, Ford (1994-03) 7.3L Power Stroke (tunes for Heavy Modifications)

Do not select this chip if you have stock turbo, HPOP, and injectors. This is for trucks with heavy modifications only.

This item is to have your TS performance chip re-programmed for different tunes. We can re-burn TS Performance, ATS, DieselSite, Bully Dog, ITP, Swamps, and other 6 position chips.

You will need to send the chip to us to have the tunes installed.

This TS performance chip comes with six settings of your choice, here is the custom tunes you can choose from:
• Stock (built to be stock hp even with aftermarket injectors)
• No-Start (for Anti-Theft purposes)
• High Idle (for warm up durring cold weather or extended idle times*)
• Tow (Safe hp tune to keep EGTs low while towing)
• Heavy Tow (available for Stage 2 & higher injectors to tow more than 10,000 lbs)
• Exhaust Brake (Controls the EBPV on stock turbos with EBPV)
• Economy (Best fuel economy at cruising speeds)
• Daily Driver (Good power without sacrificing economy)
• Performance (Hot/Race Tune)
• Whisper Mode (Hit the drive-thru without having to shut off your truck*)
• Lope Idle (Cammed Big Block Sound and Feel)
• Smoke (Smokey tune for fun - Please use responsibly)
• Lope & Smoke (Smoke tune with lope idle)
• Sled Pull (Custom shifting for auto & lower RPM fueling)
• Drag Race (Custom shifting for auto & fueling for launching)
• Dyno (All out power tune with shift optimizations for automatics)
• Valet (Limit speed or RPM)

*These files are not for use while driving.
- The Lope, Smoke and Whisper tunes are novelty tunes and vary the most from truck to truck depending on different components of your truck. You might need to send the chip back for re-burns until we can get the tunes dialed in for you setup. You will be responsible for shipping the chip to KT Performance for each revision.
- If you have a Power Adder (Nitrous, water meth, propane...) or are running Alternate Fuel (vegi oil, bio diesel...) you will need to order the premium tunes to insure they will work safely with your truck.

You will need to get the 4 digit PCM code off of the PCM located on sidewall behind the parking brake (if you have an E-Series van, it will be located under the hood). PCM will need to be removed to read code. The code can be found on sticker located near the wiring harness plug, it is 3 letters and 1 number. Include this 4 digit code so we can complete your order. If you are installing the chip in an Excursion with PATS factory anti theft system, this chip will disable the PATS system.
-To eliminate the "THEFT" light, you must disconnect the red connector from the PATS module.
-The PATS module is located below the dash directly above the transmission hump in the floor.
-With the PATS disabled, any key that turns the injection will start the engine. In other words, a non-chip key will start the vehicle.

Some other companies offer "Codes" calibrations for an additional fee. These calibrations prevent the SES light from illuminating. There are certain DTCs that are perfectly acceptable to eliminate such as P0478 (high exhaust pressure) and P0238 (high boost pressure). However, if your truck is setting a DTC such as P1211 (ICP out of range) under hard acceleration, this is frequently a sign of an inadequate or failing high pressure oil system and should be addressed. We strongly advise against disabling this type of DTC, as it relates directly to the performance and longevity of your truck's engine. All of our calibrations are written using tuning parameters which should keep your truck from setting DTCs under normal operating conditions. We believe this should be included in your custom calibrations, so we do not charge our customers for this feature.

Awesome product. I noticed a huge difference as soon as I plugged it up. I bought this chip for my daily driver its a 2002 F250 FX4 I got stock, heavy tow 40hp, 65hp daily driver, 80hp performance, 100hp performance, and 120hp race. Really woke the truck up, and really compliments the Full Force Stage 1 Single Shots. Anyone looking for some performance could not go wrong with this chip. KTPerformance is a great company to buy from. Had some issues with shipping to start with and Kenny helped out with everything.
