MBRP 4" Turbo Back, Ford (1994-97) F-250/F-350, 7.3L Power Stroke, Single Side Exit, Off-Road (Aluminized downpipe), T409 Stainless
Built to Perform
You count on your truck to tow all of your gear to where you want it. With your MBRP performance exhaust you can make that happen with up to 18 HP more horsepower and 28 ft/lb more torque. Give your truck more pulling power and much improved throttle response with an MBRP diesel exhaust system. Our systems are so much more efficient, it will be easy to see what your truck can really do.
The secret to getting more out of your diesel engine is to give it lots of cool, clean air. The only way that you can get fresh air in is to get the hot air out. From the spiral louvered high flow muffler to the fully mandrel bent tubing to minimal bend degree angles, your MBRP performance system gets exhaust out fast. Drop exhaust gas temperature by up to 200F and set the stage for all the performance you want. An MBRP performance exhaust system is the starting point to getting the most from cold air intakes, programmers, modules and downloaders.
MBRP systems are as much fun to install as to drive with on your truck. Bolt-on, no weld design makes installing this on your truck a no hassle one and a half to two hour project. Everything is direct fit to the OEM hangers and you get all the clamps and parts you will need, all in one box, no matter what configuration of truck you have.

I got this exhaust hoping for a 1000hp rumble like my brother's 3.5" GM performance exhaust- no
It is a nice pipe set, it fit the truck pretty good.
You'll want to cut 1" off the back of the front pipe before you cut the center pipe (the ctr pipe was about 31.5" for mine I think).
It will take a torch and about 4 hours to get your original down pipe off.
The lip on the fire wall it's there behind the heat shield. Cut hole in the heat shield where the down pipe is going to go, then use a sawzall and make about 3 cuts in the lip, use a air chisel to bend the lip back.
You'll need to people to line the front pipe up with the down pipe, count on a good 2 days.
Have new rubber exhaust hangers ready. The clamps aren't stainless so I expect those to burn off in about 6 years..
For the money its good quality, sorry didn't notice any performance form 0-75 mph.
With the AFE intake and TS switch (65hp Eco.) I did get 6.7 mpg more in the city (16.7) and 2-6mpg on the Hwy (19.5-24+)
It did help performance beyond 80 mph....she flies like a jet!!!!
